Weekly timesheet
A one-page sheet with seven daily rows, dates, clock-in and clock-out times, unpaid break minutes, hours worked and a weekly total.
1 page · US Letter · Also fits A4 using “Fit to page”Biweekly timesheet
Fourteen daily rows arranged into two weeks on one page. Separate weekly totals make it easier to check each week before adding the pay-period total.

How to fill in your timesheet
- Write your name and the period's start and end dates. Use one row for each day, beginning on your own workweek's start day.
- Record clock-in and clock-out times with AM/PM, or use 24-hour times consistently. Add “next day” beside an overnight clock-out time.
- Enter only unpaid time in the break column, in minutes. Write 30 for half an hour; 0.30 would mean something different.
- Subtract the break from each day's elapsed time. Enter the result as hours and minutes, such as 7:30. Use 7.50 if your records require decimal hours instead.
- Add the daily minutes, then convert the total to hours. For the biweekly sheet, complete both weekly totals before the period total.
These are blank printable forms, not spreadsheets with automatic formulas. They have no currency, tax calculations or overtime rules built in. For split shifts with several clock-in/out pairs, use the online calculator's Add period option.
Example: one row and a five-day total
| Clock in | Clock out | Unpaid break | Hours worked |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8:20 AM | 4:50 PM | 30 minutes | 8:00 |
The clock span is 8 hours 30 minutes. Subtracting the 30-minute break leaves 8 hours. Five identical days total 40:00 hours, or 40.00 decimal hours.
Printable minutes-to-decimal chart
Keep a one-page chart beside your timesheet. It lists all 60 minute values, rounded to two decimal places, plus examples of converting in either direction.
For example, 35 minutes is approximately 0.58 hours. For totals, preserve the original minutes and convert once at the end. The decimal hours converter offers more decimal places when needed.

Printing and keeping a copy
Open the downloaded PDF and print in portrait orientation. Select “Fit to page” if your printer uses A4 paper or clips the margins. Both sheets work in black and white. Keep the original blank PDF for the next period.
Use the notes area for an overnight date, a correction or extra context. The signature lines are optional; follow the record format your workplace asks for. The forms do not determine which breaks or hours must be paid.
