Summary
- Calculations run in your browser. Times, names, and pay rates you enter are not sent to HourSprout.
- There are no accounts, sign-up forms, or email collection.
- HourSprout does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
- Saved timesheets and preferences are stored only in your browser on your device, and only when you use those features.
Information stored on your device
HourSprout uses your browser’s local storage for these items:

This data stays in the browser where you created it. It is not uploaded or synced to other devices. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to see it, so avoid saving timesheets on a shared computer.
Deleting stored data
- On the Time Card Calculator, open “Saved on this device” and delete one timesheet or all of them.
- You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes all of the items above.
Copy, download, and print
Copying a summary, downloading a CSV file, and printing or saving as PDF all happen in your browser. Files you download or share are under your control.
Web hosting
When your browser requests pages from this website, the hosting provider receives standard technical information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. Hosting providers commonly keep this information in server logs for security and operations. HourSprout does not add the values you type into calculators to those requests.
Future changes
If analytics or advertising are added later, this page will be updated before they are turned on, and consent will be requested where required. Values entered into the calculators will not be sent to analytics.
